Workshop will cover the general requirements for meeting the CE Marking obligations of the Machinery LV & EMC Directives. The workshop is aimed at companies who manufacture, import or distribute machinery for sale within the European Economic Area (EEA).

An examination of how the client approaches CE/UK marking against specific business criteria:

  • What are the different requirements for UK, Northern Ireland, Europe and Non-European markets?

Economic Operators and Product Compliance

  • How does our position as Trademark owners fit into the legislative requirements?
  • Manufacturing for other TKMS businesses?
  • Prototypes and products for Research and Development
  • Applicable legislation for electrical/electronic, mechanical and/or electro-mechanical equipment and systems, including LV, EMC, RoHS and Machinery
  • Equipment intended for surface ships
