Email Address
It is mandatory that the email address entered during registration is your AEUK email address. Only the following format will be accepted: firstname.surname@uk.atlas-elektronik.com
If any other formats or personal email addresses are found to be used, this will result in your registration being cancelled.

Visibility on Camera
If training takes place in a virtual classroom and as such requires high levels of engagement and interaction for all attendees to gain the best experience. With this in mind you are expected to have your camera switched on as much as possible. There will be times when this is a mandatory requirement, and you must comply with any request from the instructor to be visible on camera.

Cancellations, Charges and Non-Attendance
If you’ve been enrolled on a training course we ask that you do attend unless there are extenuating circumstances. If you have no option but to cancel attendance, particularly at short notice, this will attract a cancellation fee, possibly up to the full cost of the course. Therefore for cancellation within 10 days of a course date, your department head must cancel your attendance on your behalf. This ensures that considerations between diary management, work priorities and costs can be discussed prior to the training team becoming involved and will improve efficiency.
If you do not attend the training and do not inform Optimus prior to the course start date (or the start of any further training sessions associated) then a status of “did not attend” will be assigned to your registration for the course. This is excluding in exceptional circumstances to be decided on a case by case basis by AEUK
Training costs and agreements

Course Prework
Any work assigned for pre-course learning must be completed prior to the training course as designated by the training provider. If there are any difficulties in adhering to this it is expected that you contact Optimus for guidance.
Accredited Examinations
For courses where either you have elected, or it is mandatory to receive an examination for accreditation you agree to the following guidelines:
You WILL undertake the examination.
The examination must be undertaken at a reasonable interval to the training.
You MUST attend the training course before attempting the examination.
Certification
It is a condition of course attendance that copies of any certification or attendance records after completion must be sent to Training@uk.atlas-elektronik.com to be placed on file for audit purposes.
Feedback
As part of the process, you will be required to provide feedback immediately after the course. This is to ensure the quality of the training provided and helps to shape the future training availability. You can also contact Optimus regarding any quality issues at any point during the course.
