There are two main areas on which this qualification focuses – understanding the law, company policies and what these mean in practice, and being able to influence the way your company implements these. A broad range of issues impacting equality and diversity are covered, including dress codes, workplace bullying, and personal beliefs and attitudes. It will also give learners the practical skills to measure, monitor and build diversity in their area of responsibility.

This Workshop on ILS and Supportability Management and implementation provides the attendee with a comprehensive understanding of the principles of ILS Management and the requirements found in today’s procurement programmes. It considers the underlying objectives, risks and reasoning underpinning ILS Programmes. The course discusses the application of the latest MoD and commercial acquisition policies, directives, analyses and the most appropriate methods for successful implementation.

The Leadership and Management Course - CMI Level 5 presents delegates with the tools and techniques to reflect on and develop their own management style. Through key leadership models, theories and case studies, participants will be encouraged to develop their own leadership approach and consider how this fits with the vision, mission and values within their organisation.

The Mentoring Skills training is for those who are new to mentoring and would like to learn the skills that mentors need to build a constructive relationship with their trainees

The use of mentoring has become widespread and mentors are now regarded as one of the most important sources of professional support and advice. This 1.5 hour live online course, aims to explore what is meant by the term mentoring and develop the key skills required to become an effective mentor.

This course will equip you with the knowledge to support your mentee's development through the different levels outlined in our on-line recording tool, Career Manager.

A huddle is a brief, informal gathering that serves as a dynamic platform for communication and collaboration. These meetings are designed to be energetic and action-oriented. They focus on the learners' priorities, share updates, and foster a learner-centric environment.

A key focus will be to create a personal learning plan which captures ideas and actions the individual can implement back in the workplace. At the end of this module there will be suggestions for further learning for the individual to undertake. The module will be interactive, motivational and leave the attendees with several tools, approaches, and ideas to take away. The module will also encourage the attendees to discuss and share experiences and ideas with each other.

Sustainable Development in Defence Acquisition is a two-day introduction to sustainable development, and the MOD’s approach to integrating sustainable development in acquisition. The course covers a brief history of sustainable development, case studies of good sustainable practice, and practical tools to aid implementation of sustainable procurement and sustainable business within the MOD.
