EMC and Low Voltage Design for Military Equipment
This intensive seven-day course provides engineers with a practical understanding of Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) and Low Voltage Design principles as applied to military and defence equipment. The course combines classroom instruction with structured demonstrations and hands-on hardware-based sessions to develop a deeper understanding of how electronic systems can be designed to achieve compliance, robustness and reliable performance in demanding operational environments.
Description
Participants will learn how EMC considerations influence system architecture, circuit design, cabling, grounding, shielding and enclosure design. The course will also cover low-voltage design practices, safety considerations, and the design approaches commonly used within military electrical and electronic equipment. Through a combination of theory, demonstrations and real-world examples, delegates will gain knowledge that can be directly applied to current and future product developments.
